Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to providing the best dolls at the lowest prices. Each doll is custom made just for you, with the specific doll options that you have chosen.

Order processing will start within 24 hours after receipt of your order. You can’t cancel your doll once it’s in production.

Order cancellation is only possible with the first 24 hours.

Note: There is no cancellation/refund on orders with custom options added.

Be sure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a 20% handling charge and will not be refunded.

All AnneSexDolls have gone through the official quality check before leaving the factory. If your sex doll has any defects when receiving it and has not been used in any way, we can arrange the doll been returned as long as you notify us within 24 hours of receiving your doll. However, we do not cover the return shipping costs.

We cannot replace the sex doll for you if the damages are incurred by yourself. Sex dolls are not indestructible, so you need to take good care of your sex doll during use and handling. Learn more information about sex dolls cleaning and care from here
